Yllw Factory helped the City of Malmö create a sustainable office where existing furniture was refurbished, repainted, and reupholstered. Through reuse, costs were reduced by more than 60 percent while environmental impact was significantly decreased.

Emrahus has transformed SEB’s former bank premises in Landskrona into a modern office and showroom. Yllw Factory was responsible for the interior design, where reuse, linoleum, and precise craftsmanship turned the historic rooms into a functional and inspiring workspace.

When Ecolean moved into their new office in Landskrona, they turned to Yllw Factory for ideas and solutions to furnish the space – with the option to start with rented furniture.

In collaboration with the City of Malmö, we carried out an extensive reuse project that demonstrates how smart, sustainable solutions can go hand in hand with both function and aesthetics. Guided by the architect’s vision and color scheme, we created a comprehensive solution for Kulturhyllan, where both existing and reused furniture were given new life.

Sandvik underwent a comprehensive transformation when an old machine hall was converted into a bright and functional dining area. Open spaces were created that could be divided by curtains, offering flexibility and an airy atmosphere.
