From historic bank to contemporary office
Emrahus has transformed SEB’s former bank premises in Landskrona into a modern office and showroom. Yllw Factory was responsible for the interior design, where reuse, linoleum, and precise craftsmanship turned the historic rooms into a functional and inspiring workspace.

Reuse and custom surfaces
All workstations and several conference tables were finished with linoleum, a durable and natural material that ages beautifully. To achieve a harmonious overall impression, the color was carefully measured, and a unique NCS code was developed. Based on this, custom-made edge bands were produced to perfectly match the linoleum surfaces.

Workstations with quality and comfort
Each workstation was equipped with refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chairs in size Medium, featuring chromed bases and matching desk lamps. The combination of ergonomics and design creates a well-balanced work environment that reflects Emrahus’s commitment to quality and longevity.

New expressions in classic forms
Existing furniture was reused and refined for the meeting rooms. Eight Lammhult 77 chairs were powder-coated, reupholstered, and wrapped with armrests in Tärnsjö leather, a Swedish vegetable-tanned hide. In the next conference room, eight Arper chairs on casters were reupholstered, while thirteen Arper Catifa 46 chairs in the third room were refurbished with new fabric and freshly powder-coated bases.
