Our roles and areas of work
At Yllw Factory, there are several different types of roles that together form the whole of our factory. Upholsterers, carpenters, metalworkers, warehouse staff, and sales and project teams work side by side, sharing responsibility for the final result. Our sales representatives are based in Dalby, Gothenburg and Stockholm, while the practical work takes place in close connection to the factory. The work is hands-on and close to the product, from initial handling to final delivery.
The business is structured around clearly defined roles and established working methods, where each function is part of a larger process. Regardless of area of work, everyday life is characterised by professional pride, structure and collaboration, with a focus on quality and long-term thinking in both the work itself and employment.
